With nearly a decade of experience in enterprise technology, consultative sales and digital transformation, Standley has worked closely with business owners and management teams to identify operational challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions.
Through conversations with organisations evaluating enterprise AI, he identified a recurring problem: many SMEs were interested in AI but remained uncertain about where to begin, which tools to use, what workflows to improve and how to manage employee adoption, data security and governance.
The challenge was rarely a lack of technology. It was the absence of a clear and practical adoption plan.
